Agent Terms of Business
- Introduction
We are Must Do Travel Ltd, trading exclusively as Must Do Travel. In these Terms of Business, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Must Do Travel Ltd. “You” and “Your” refer to all individuals named on a booking, including any additions or substitutions. “Lead Name” refers to the primary individual responsible for the booking, aged 18 or over. When You make a booking, We act as an agent arranging a contract between You and the Supplier/Principal (the Cruise Line, Tour Operator, or other travel service provider) named on Your confirmation. - Reservations
As an Agent, We handle bookings on behalf of the Supplier/Principal. All bookings are subject to their own terms and conditions, available on their websites or upon request. A booking becomes binding once You have paid the deposit or full balance and received a confirmation. It is Your responsibility to check all details and inform Us of any inaccuracies immediately. We accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services provided by them. - Price & Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking. If the full balance is not received by the due date, the Supplier/Principal may cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges. Discounts (e.g., PRD, FCC) must be applied at the time of booking. To ensure payments reach the Supplier/Principal in time, We recommend completing payments five working days before the balance due date. - Financial Protection
You will be informed of the financial protection applicable to Your booking at the time of reservation. Please check the Supplier/Principal’s terms for full details of their protection schemes. - Client Amendments to Reservations
Amendments or cancellations must comply with the Supplier/Principal’s terms and may incur charges. Cancellations must be made by the Lead Name, or by their Legal Power of Attorney in writing. - Supplier/Principal Amendments
If the Supplier/Principal alters Your booking, We will notify the Lead Name. Any alternatives or refunds will be communicated, and a response must be given within the stated timeframe. We accept no liability for these changes. - Travel Insurance
It is Your responsibility to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, repatriation, and loss or damage. Proof of adequate coverage may be required. - Passport & Visa Requirements
All passengers must hold valid passports with at least six (6) months’ validity beyond their return date. You must ensure all visas are correctly obtained prior to travel. - Health
Consult Your GP or travel health clinic regarding vaccinations and travel health requirements. We may refer questions to the Supplier/Principal to ensure they can accommodate specific needs. - Data Privacy
We process Your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available below. By booking with Us, You consent to our use of data as described. - Must Do Travel Ltd’s Responsibility
As an agent, our liability is limited to our own negligence or breach of obligations. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any Supplier/Principal. - Delivery of Documents
Documents are sent via email unless a postal address is requested at the time of booking. - Website Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure our website is accurate; however, errors may occur. Please verify all information before booking. - Additional Onboard Charges
Certain services may incur additional costs (e.g., gratuities, specialty dining, or spa services). Please check inclusions before booking. - Complaints
For Supplier/Principal issues, contact them directly. If your concern involves Must Do Travel Ltd, email complaints@mustdotravel.co.uk within 28 days of your return. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and resolve issues within 28 days. - Applicable Laws
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
